[UPDATE] Earlier today, an image revealing the upcoming map pack, titled “Uprising,” surfaced online, posted by a reader of the Call of Duty Wiki. The image is of a pre-order card for the DLC from retailer Best Buy.
Like previous reports, the image confirms the title of the DLC to be “Uprising,” and reveals the names of all four (4) multiplayer maps and the new Zombies map that are included in the content pack.
Multiplayer maps Vertigo, Studio, Magma, and Encore, along with “Mob of the Dead” – the next addition to the Zombies series, are printed on the image of the pre-order card.
It appears that the DLC will not include any additional weapon content or Zombies modes; however, this may be revealed in its official announcement by Treyarch. The map pack will supposedly be released on Xbox LIVE on April 16th according to the leaked image.
No official announcement or confirmation has been made by Treyarch or Activision at this time.
[Update] Found in the code on the official Call of Duty site by LiamFTWinter is a description of the upcoming map pack. It provides more details on Mob of the Dead and reveals that the map pack will include a remake of the fan-favorite multiplayer map, Firing Range.
“Call of Duty®: Black Ops II Uprising includes four incredibly diverse Multiplayer Maps: Magma, Encore, Vertigo, and Studio: a reimagined adaptation of the fan-favorite Black Ops multiplayer map Firing Range.
Uprising also introduces Mob of the Dead, Treyarch’s most terrifying Zombies experience to date. Top Hollywood talent rounds out a cast of four Prohibition-era gangsters that are forced to fend off hordes of the undead while imprisoned on San Francisco’s notorious Alcatraz Island. While guard towers and new weapons offer tactical advantages, survival offers an unprecedented new challenge for these four lost souls.”

[Update #2] BestBuy has updated their website to include Uprising. Like previous map packs, Uprising appears to cost 1200 MSP and like previous rumor, it is set to release on April 16th, first on Xbox LIVE.
